Free Detox Diet
With all the pollution in the air and water, and the chemicals that we ingest when we eat processed or pre-made food, it’s no wonder that our bodies get filled with toxins that limit our performance.
If you feel tired without a reason, and don’t feel like engaging in activities that you like, even after sleeping or resting, well, that’s your body telling you that it’s got more toxins that it can handle.
The best solution would be to go to a gym everyday and work out one or two hours. Maybe spend some time in the sauna too. That way our bodies would get rid of all the toxins in a natural way. Doing exercise also has many other benefits, like increasing your physical condition and transforming fat into muscle.
However, with the busy schedules that modern life has, it can be a real challenge to do that. A lot of us spend 8 or more hours a day sitting in front of a computer and have to deal with at least 1 hour of traffic. Add preparing breakfast, pre-cooked dinner and arrainging our clothes for the next day to the mix and we barely have 30 minutes to ourselves.
Another easier solution is to try a free detox diet that we can easily find online. We have to eat everyday and a free detox diet is actually simpler than what we eat, so it’s a pretty simple solution. Oh, and it’s free.
Because there are many bogus free detox diets out there, when looking for a free detox diet online, pay attention to these simple common sense tips.
A good free detox diet online will include plenty of water. That’s because water is the base for our body’s natural detox process, either through urine or sweat. In addition, drinking water will improve your skin, making it look healthier.
Another element that a reliable free detox diet will have is nutrition values. It should tell you how many calories, carbs, vitamins, minerals, etc., you’re ingesting. This type of free detox diet is much more trustworthy because these values can be easily verified against a nutritional chart.
Something that people dislike about these types of diets is that they forbid certain foods or substances. While this might be hard for some, it’s necessary for the success of a good free detox diet. Common forbidden items are alcohol, smoking (which in my personal opinion you should stop, detox or not), red meat, snacks and processed food. Be careful that you still get all the nutrition ingredients that you need. That’s why the point I mentioned above is so important.
Some other diets will include extras, like supplements, teas, or pills. I think they are optional, but can be good for you too, as long as you make sure you cover the three points I mentioned above.
