That is not only misleading, but it can carry health risks as these diets will lack the whole range of nutrition elements that we need. Before deciding to learn how to prepare a certain diet recipe, check all the nutrition elements that it has, like vitamins, minerals, proteins, calories content, etc. This way, you can make sure that the diet recipe doesn’t lack any nutrients that you need. And if it does, you can complement it with your regular food.
In the end, learning how to prepare diet recipe isn’t harder or more expensive than preparing a regular one. You can start with simple dishes and add more complex ones as you get more experience. And you can still eat your favorite foods from time to time.
